On Friday August 1, 2014, I attend the Orioles game with my Dad to see the Seattle Mariners take on the Orioles. It's been a while since the game (i've published this a little late) but it was a great time. My Dad wanted to go to the game to get the handout for the night, the Orioles 60th Anniversary 3/4 Sleeve T-shirt for the first 20,000 fans.

We got our T-shirt and then went to check out Dempsey's Brew Pub right on Eutaw St. inside the Stadium. I've been here before, but it was my Dad's first time to Dempsey's. Their beer (home-made) isn't that great but their food is awesome.

On our trip we ordered the Bacon on a Stick appetizer. It was awesome.

The appetizer was plenty to share (we got one each...we weren't sure of the size). We both ended up ordering the Walk-Off. I've had it before and its excellent. Its a pretzel filled with sausage and crab dip (a little on the expensive side but its inside the ballpark). The walk-off was awesome. I also got mine with a side of sweet potato tater tots. They come with a raspberry dipping sauce which is excellent (if your ordering a side you have to try the sweet potato tater tots...I don't think you can get these anywhere else I know of).

The food was excellent and we ended up leaving Dempsey's right before the game. Anyone looking at checking this place out be warned...you need to get here once the gates open. The restaurant fills up fast. If there is only a few people or you just want to get something small (or share) you can always head over to the bar section if you don't mind standing (or if you get lucky get a stool).
The starting pitcher for the Orioles was Chen who pitched a great game. The Orioles won 2-1.
Me and my Dad had a great time at the game. Little did I know that this would be the last Orioles game him and I would attend (he passed away unexpectedly August 31, 2014).
